Disclaimer

1. This badge is valid for INDIA BANKING SUMMIT & AWARDS 2026 at Radisson Blu, Airport - Mumbai only on event day (4-5 June 2026).
2. Individuals below 18 years of age and infants in arms are strictly not allowed inside the venue.
3. Mandatorily carry one (01) Government issued photo identity card such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport etc. ("Identity Card"). Passport is mandatory for foreign nationals. The Identity Card must be presented at the request of the organizers or any assigned staff.
4. The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers (Synnexgroup).
5. The organizers reserve the right to frisk badge holders at the entrance and venue for security reasons. Your co-operation is solicited.
6. The badge must be worn and displayed prominently at all times during your stay at the venue.
7. Entry restricted for attendees wearing shorts, Baniyan & Slippers.
8. Avoid spitting anywhere inside the venue. A fine of INR 1,000/- may be imposed, along with other disciplinary action at the organizers' sole discretion.
9. Cameras, bottles, cans, or tins are not allowed inside the venue.
10. Photography & videography is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
11. Food & Beverages are not permitted to be taken inside the venue.
12. The organizers do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Any theft/loss will not be entertained.
13. The consumption of banned substances (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
14. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
